Aston Le Walls and Chatsworth International

A busy 4 days at Aston le walls with 9 horses competing, then off to Chatsworth Advanced!

** Aston- CVS INDIAN SUMMER was a WINNER**

Corinthian Clover - 8th- Nov                  Knights Escapade - 2nd - Nov

Undalgo De Windsor- 6th- Nov              CVS Indian Summer - WINNER - Nov

Eyesnostbest - 7th- Nov                       Creeslough- 11th- OI

The horses are all going so well, Ginny is feeling very lucky, and the hard work is paying off in preparing them for competition.

Each horse is improving so much in its own way and things are really taking shape. CVS Indian Summer is feeling fantastic on the flat and her last results show this scoring 30 and 28.8 in her last runs. She felt brilliant at Aston and was bold and brave, she very much deserved her win especially after our miss communication at Hambleden where she should have won!

Undalgo De Windsor made the step up to Noive and took everything in his stride, doing a competitive dressage test, an unlucky couple of poles, but there was plenty going on and for him to look at and mileage will solve this. Then a brilliant XC round to finish 6th.
Eyesnosebest was on great form too, she did a nice test and a great double clear for 7th in the Novice.
Knights Escapade kept up his great form, doing yet another consistent dressage test, and a great double clear just being beaten into 2nd place by 1 point.

Creeslough had a great spin round the OI, and made it all feel very easy, completing on a double clear.

CHATSWORTH -ADVANCED
Back home and to re pack the lorry and off to the lovely Chatsworth with Imperato, in the Advanced.

He did a really lovely test, and Ginny was happy that the judges agreed, lying in the middle of the marks on 36, he went into the show jumping and jumped amazingly. Just having one unlucky rail, he then went on to the tough big and bold XC and was fab jumping a perfect clear over all the direct routes to come home with a few time to finish in 9th place.
Very much ready for Houghton CIC*** followed by Bramham CCI***!
