Core team
TeamGHE is made up of a core team of dedicated professionals who work alongside Ginny each day, helping to keep everything running smoothly at home and on the road. Throughout the year, Ginny is also supported by a trusted network of staff who work closely with the core team to ensure the horses are fit, healthy and prepared for the demands of top‑level eventing.

Professional international 5* event rider
Ginny Howe
Ginny has been eventing at the top level for many years, having progressed from winning the pony club team championships on a Homebred horse at a young age. Moving on to Junior and Young Rider British teams, where she rode at the Europeans for GBR at Blair Castle. On the same horse and one of the youngest riders at the time, at age 21, went on to jump clear at the prestigious Badminton 5*. More recently, Ginny finished 18th at Pau 5* and rode at Burghley 5*.
Ginny has produced a number of horses through the levels, from 5yo BE90 to 4*. Ginny regularly rides at 3*/4* level, and as well as eventing, can be seen regularly on the British Showjumping circuit up to 1.30, with a love for SJ and producing horses. Last season (2025), she jumped double clear at Blenheim 4* International on a horse she has produced since 4yo.
With a passion for helping riders achieve their goals at their desired level, Ginny’s coaching is both educational, confidence-building and rewarding. Ginny is also a Coach for a Barbados rider at the CAC games and teaches regular clinics in the Caribbean.
Alongside her eventing career, Ginny has a long‑standing passion for showjumping and is increasingly pursuing this discipline in its own right. A phase that has always been a favourite, she takes time to understand each horse’s way of going over coloured poles, carefully developing technique, confidence and trust to give them the best possible chance of success in the ring. Throughout the winter months, Ginny can often be seen competing on the British Showjumping circuit, from the lower classes through to 1.30m. With a strong calibre of jumping‑bred young stock coming through, she is focused on developing this side of the programme year‑round, with clear ambitions to compete at a number of prestigious showjumping fixtures.

Oliver plays a key role in producing the young homebred horses coming through and learning their jobs, acting as Ginny's right‑hand support in their development. He is excellent when away at shows, ensuring that everything is well organised both in the lead‑up to competitions and on the day itself.

Jilly Foster
After owning her own horses and competing on other people's horses, working long hours in her role in IT/Banking and travelling around the world with her job, horses are a key part of her life and Jilly's sanctuary will always be Four Winds Farm.
